Shipping, Pick up and Returns

Shipping

We currently only offer shipping within Australia. Delivery times vary from state to state however please allow 3-8 business days for your order to arrive. 

Pick up

Wick & Wax Candle offer a pick up option in Tamworth, NSW. Use code PICKUPTAM at checkout to enable no charge for shipping at checkout and finalise order. Once order is received I will be in contact with you via email to arrange your pick up. 

Returns and Exchanges

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law Wick & Wax candle will not offer a refund for change of mind. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we'll try our best to offer an exchange, provided that;

1. Items are returned within 30 days. 

2. Proof of purchase is provided. 

3. Items must be in in-used condition in original unopened undamaged packaging.

The customer is responsible for all return and re-sending shipping costs.
